DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Assist in conducting interviews and reference checks, as well as participate in the hiring decision-making process. 2. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. 3. Help coordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new employees, facilitating an efficient and positive employee experience. 4. Support the performance management process by assisting in preparing performance evaluation materials. 5. Assist in employee training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions. REQUIREMENTS 1. Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively. 2. Attention to detail and high accuracy in administrative tasks. 3. Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office Suite, HRIS, or other HR software. 4.
