Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for field-based debt recovery and credit renewal, emphasizing honesty and responsibility in cash handling. Key Highlights: 1. Primarily focused on debt recovery and credit renewal in remote municipalities of Durango; honesty and responsibility in cash handling. Minimum Education: Completed high school diploma. Age: 25 to 40 years old Requirements: Honesty, organizational skills, customer service orientation, knowledge of personal and group loans, ability to drive a standard vehicle, valid driver’s license, willingness to travel, and experience working under performance goals. Experience: Proven experience in door-to-door collections, group solidarity lending collections, etc., as well as familiarity with the local area. Willingness to travel. Compensation: Base salary plus bonuses, utility vehicle, uniforms. Statutory benefits.
