If you meet the experience and requirements, don't hesitate to apply. **Functions:** -------------- Promote the use and application of policies, guidelines, and established processes by utilizing the quality checklist, externally and objectively evaluating phone conversations between agents and customers to measure quality scores and drive continuous improvement. * Monitor contact center calls and provide feedback. * Access recordings of phone collection agents' calls. * Fulfill established work plans, meeting daily monitoring quotas. * Provide feedback to telephone collection agents and develop improvement strategies. **Requirements:** --------------- * 1 year of experience as a collections call center agent. * Minimum 6 months of experience as a quality analyst in a contact center, including calibrations, call monitoring, in a collections call center. * High school diploma or certificate. * Valid INE identification. * Proof of tax status. * Intermediate Excel skills. **We Offer:** ------------- * Base salary * Bonuses / vouchers * Statutory benefits from day one of training/hiring. * Indefinite-term contract. * Growth plan. * Free transportation from: * Metro El Rosario to the call center. * Suburbano Tlalnepantla. **Work Schedule and Days:** ------------------------------ * Monday to Friday **MATUTINO** AND **VESPERTINO** * Saturdays have rotating shifts: 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM and/or 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. * Sunday OFF.
