The Services Agreements Quotation Specialist plays a critical role in the sales and quotation phase, focusing on defining the scope, cost, and commercial terms for Services Agreements. This position is responsible for creating integrated proposal that align with both customer and Bühler's needs ensuring a balanced approach. This position collaborates closely with the Service Solution Architect and/or the Customer Relationship Manager to identify and cultivate opportunities for Services Agreements ensuring their successful conversion to orders. This is where you'll excel * Support the Customer Relationship Manager and/or Services Solution Architect or new equipment sales team by providing expertise in developing opportunities for contractual ser\-vices solutions * Leads quotation development (including cost, scope, risks and commercial terms), and ac\-tively supports negotiation of related complex services agreements in order to maximize prof\-itability while maintaining customer satisfaction * Responsible for preparing the required risk assessments and securing approvals for contrac\-tual services in line with Bühler's Delegation of Authority model * Maintain accurate records of quotations, contracts, handover communications, and related documentation * Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding quotation status, pricing updates, handover progress, and contract negotiations These are the skills you'll need * Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering * At least 2 years of experience in quotation management, contract management and/or front\-end sales * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Sound understanding of pricing strategies, financial analysis, contract negotiation, and pro\-ject management principles * Sound commercial understanding and risk management * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Fluent in written and spoken English
