




A leading metal-mechanical company is seeking personnel for Customer Service / Customer Support. * Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, International Economic Relations, International Trade, or related fields. * **ADVANCED LEVEL OF ENGLISH REQUIRED (ability to hold conversations with clients).** * Knowledge or experience using SAP. * Advanced intermediate Excel skills. * Advanced Office skills. * **Executive presentations.** Experience: General administrative tasks, direct client interaction, and key account management. Responsibilities: * Accurate processing of orders in SAP * Issue quotations and confirm orders via client system or email. * Efficiently manage order and quotation reports. * Ensure all operational activities comply with client requirements. * Ensure proper shipment of each order by preparing the required documentation. * Maintain effective working relationships with clients. * Accurately create invoices and credit notes.
