Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and persuasive professional for branch-based insurance customer service, developing sales strategies and managing customer portfolios. Key Highlights: 1. Market trend analysis and adjustment of sales strategies WE SEEK YOUR TALENT AS\_ BRANCH-BASED INSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE We seek someone with a solid understanding of the insurance market and strong persuasion skills to acquire and retain customers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess a winning attitude, and demonstrate the ability to work under pressure. Your primary role will be to develop and execute sales strategies to increase insurance policy issuance. You will identify growth opportunities, manage customer portfolios, and build lasting relationships with clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, adjusting sales strategies, and regularly reporting on progress and sales metrics. A minimum of 6 months’ prior experience in insurance sales and customer service is required, along with impeccable communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. We seek someone who not only sells products but also provides customized solutions to customers.
