Job Summary: Recover overdue balances by applying controls and procedures to reduce the risk of uncollectibility and delinquency rates. Key Responsibilities: 1. Individual and group portfolio recovery at branch and field locations 2. Account analysis and negotiation to design collection strategies 3. Use of technological tools for payment management and monitoring Collection Officer Objective: Recover the amount of overdue balances within the policies and procedures authorized by CREDIFLEXI, through the application and execution of controls and procedures that enable reduction, control, and mitigation of portfolio uncollectibility risk, thereby reducing the institution's delinquency rates. Education: High school diploma AGE: 25 TO 45 YEARS Gender: Unrestricted Experience: Minimum 1 year performing individual and group credit collection activities. * Collection both at branch and in the field * Account analysis and negotiation. * Use of technological tools for management. * Analyze assigned portfolio to design a specific collection strategy for each client. * Review assigned files * Conduct collection calls and visits * Monitor customer compliance with payment agreements. * Responsible handling of cash receipts in the field * Management of guarantee deposits BASE SALARY + COMMISSIONS WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL: YES OWN VEHICLE OR MOTORCYCLE REQUIRED Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Additional vacation days or paid leave Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
