Vehicle monitoring and operational needs support A prominent freight and construction transportation company seeks to integrate into its team individuals eager to contribute to personal, professional, and organizational development as: **Transportation Coordinator:** Requirements: * Technical/professional certification or completed or incomplete degree. * Minimum 2 years’ verifiable experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of roadways and routes in Mexico City and the State of Mexico. * Tractor-trailer operation experience (preferred). Responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate, and direct drivers in transportation logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. * Supervise and guarantee efficient and high-quality on-time delivery performance. * Inspect physical conditions of vehicles and equipment upon entering and exiting the yard. * Maintain up-to-date loading and unloading reports for effective information submission to the administrative department. * Monitor vehicles throughout their journey from origin to destination. * Plan and monitor delivery routes according to priority levels. * Supervise drivers and operational staff to ensure correct process execution. * Apply checklists to vehicles and equipment scheduled for trips. * Assign and manage fuel loading for vehicles based on delivery destinations. * Address operational needs arising during vehicle and cargo transit from origin\-destination.
