Drive continuous improvement in test processes and automation We are seeking a **Test Engineering Manager** to lead and oversee system integration and validation efforts for Hyperscale applications, with potential exposure to industrial, medical, and telecom domains. This role will manage a team of test engineers and collaborate cross\-functionally with electrical, software, and systems engineering teams. The Test Manager will be responsible for defining test strategies, ensuring comprehensive test coverage, driving automation initiatives, and delivering high\-quality system validation aligned with product requirements. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the planning, development, and execution of system integration and validation strategies. * Manage and mentor a team of test engineers, fostering technical growth and collaboration. * Review and analyze product requirements to identify integration and validation needs. * Define and maintain system integration specifications and test plans. * Oversee the development and deployment of automated test systems and frameworks. * Ensure timely execution of test activities and delivery of detailed validation reports. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure product quality. * Drive continuous improvement in test processes, tools, and methodologies. ### **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. * 5\+ years of experience in system testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. * Strong understanding of electronics principles, devices, circuits, and power electronics. * Experience with server/data center power systems and communication protocols is highly desirable. * Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting languages. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex technical projects.
