Delivery Rider / Repartidor – 60 Openings Location: Mexico City, Mexico Employment Type: • Full-Time • Part-Time • Flexible Work Arrangement Platform: DiDi and other major delivery platforms Compensation Structure: Per-order payment + allowances + incentives Base Earnings: • Monthly income: MXN 10,000–14,000 (depending on 8-hour or 10-hour working schedules) • Delivery fee: MXN 15–35 per order (based on distance and delivery period) • Peak-hour bonus: +20% to +50% during meal rush hours and bad weather (subject to platform policies) • Heavy-order allowance: MXN 5–15 extra per order Incentive Bonuses: • Daily Performance Bonus: Complete 25 orders in one day and receive MXN 100 • Monthly Star Rider Award: Top 10% customer ratings receive MXN 1,000 • New Joiner Bonus: Complete 100 orders in the first month and receive MXN 1,000 Job Responsibilities: • Pick up food or parcels on time and ensure items remain in good condition • Deliver orders safely and efficiently to customers • Use the delivery app for order acceptance, navigation, and delivery confirmation • Maintain a professional and customer-friendly attitude • Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations • Keep delivery equipment such as thermal bags and helmets clean and well-maintained Service Standards: • On-time delivery rate of 95% or above • Customer rating of 4.8 or above • Order completion rate of 98% or above • Maintain a good service record with minimal complaints and incidents Candidate Requirements: • Age: 18–40 years old • Education: Middle school (junior high school) or above • Basic Spanish communication skills • Mexican citizen or valid temporary/permanent resident status License Requirements: • Valid motorcycle driver's license (Type A/B) for motorcycle riders • Bicycle riders may not require a license depending on local regulations Equipment Requirements: • Motorcycle (125cc or above), electric scooter, or bicycle depending on delivery type • Smartphone with Android 6.0+ or iOS 12+ and GPS functionality • Thermal delivery bag, helmet, rain gear, and other delivery equipment (platform support may be available) Personal Qualities: • Hardworking and comfortable with outdoor work • Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality • Good customer service mindset • Familiar with city roads and navigation apps • No criminal record and good personal credibility Estimated Monthly Earnings: • Part-Time (3–4 hours/day): MXN 5,000–7,000 per month • Full-Time (8 hours/day): MXN 10,000–12,000 per month • Full-Time (10 hours/day): MXN 14,000–20,000 per month Career Development Path: New Rider (0–3 Months) • Complete onboarding training • Complete first 100 orders • Eligible for New Rider Bonus Certified Rider (3–12 Months) • Rating of 4.5 or above • Average 500 orders per month • Priority order allocation and peak-hour bonuses Star Rider (1+ Year) • Rating of 4.8 or above • Zero complaints • Average 700 orders per month • Equipment allowance and monthly performance bonus Team Leader (2+ Years) • Manage a team of 5–10 riders • Train new riders • Eligible for team commission and leadership allowance Area Supervisor (3+ Years) • Manage regional operations and performance • Fixed salary plus performance bonus and full social security benefits Required Documents: • INE (Voter ID) or Passport + Residence Permit • RFC Tax ID (assistance available if required) • Valid Type A/B Motorcycle License (for motorcycle riders) • Mexican local bank account for salary payments • Criminal Record Certificate issued within the last 3 months (assistance available if required) • NSS Social Security Number (registration assistance available if required) How to Apply: • Apply through OK.com • Apply via the OK.com App Recruitment Section • Contact via WhatsApp for further details Interested applicants are required to compile all documents including CV into a single PDF file and send it for further screening.​
