Job Summary: We are seeking an Operator-Cashier to drive armored vans, perform cash-in-transit deliveries and pickups, ensure security, and report activities. Key Highlights: 1. INTEGRATED SERVICES PRO – BLM DE MÉXICO Join us as an **OPERATOR – CASHIER (to drive armored vans and perform delivery and pickup services for cash-in-transit)** Your primary objective: Carry out scheduled daily deliveries and pickups / out-of-town trips punctually and accurately, applying the highest security standards during cash transportation; submit accurate activity reports and maintain vehicle cleanliness. We would like you to possess the following **characteristics:** * Preferably male. * Proactive individual capable of working both independently and in teams, seeking solutions and delivering effective, timely reports on work performed. * Valid driver’s license. * Original, valid, and up-to-date documents *(INE, RFC, CURP, Military Service Card, IMSS ID Card, NSS, Academic Certificate, Non-Criminal Record Certificate)*. * **MANDATORY:** ***DO NOT LIVE MORE THAN 1 HOUR / 1:30 HOURS AWAY FROM OUR FACILITIES (Santa Cruz Meyehualco, Iztapalapa, approx. 10–15 min from Constitución Metro Station on Line 8 / 5–10 min from Meyehualco or Deportivo Santa Cruz Trolleybus stations)*** * **JOB DESCRIPTION:** * SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday \* (Saturday has fewer services); Sundays off. Some evening shifts (7 PM to 1 AM) are available and paid as additional compensation beyond base salary. * Perform deliveries/pickups efficiently and punctually, adhering to all security protocols; rotate daily between Operator (driving) and Cashier (performing services) roles per daily schedule. * Conduct out-of-town trips across various states of the Mexican Republic, depending on skills and assigned role. * Daily vehicle washing. **WE OFFER:** · Biweekly payments (every other Wednesday) · Overtime pay \+ out-of-town trip allowances every two weeks, in addition to base salary. Monthly productivity bonus ranging from $500 to $1,500 (additional to base salary). · Food vouchers of $1,500\.00 per month, issued on the last day of each month starting from the second full month of employment (additional to base salary). · Direct employment with the company. · IMSS coverage and all statutory benefits. · Subsidized cafeteria (full meal for $60 pesos per day).
