Supervise the proper functioning of equipment and furniture **Full Job Description** Join our FINE FRAGRANCE team as a Maintenance Assistant, a company with over 9 years in the market, recognized for the high olfactory fidelity of our fragrance notes developed by French perfumers and our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. * Perform basic repairs in electricity, plumbing, painting, and finishing. * Supervise the proper functioning of equipment and furniture. * Follow up on maintenance reports and incidents. * Support workspace adaptations and improvements. * Maintain order and cleanliness of tools and work area. **We Offer:** * Monthly **net** salary of $10,000 MXN. * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund matched at double the contribution. * Free uniform. * Personal loans. * Full-time position, Monday through Saturday. * Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Requirements:** * Education: Junior high school. * Complete documentation. * Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance. * Knowledge of electricity and plumbing. * Proficient use of manual and electric tools. * Flexible availability of working hours. * Valid driver's license.
