





**WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOUR TALENT** **We are a Mexican company specializing in the distribution of construction equipment.** ***WE REQUIRE*** **MECHANICAL WORKSHOP MANAGER** **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements: * Education: Completed bachelor's degree or candidate in Mechanical Engineering or related field * Proficiency in Office suite and Outlook * Inventory control * Flexible availability * Knowledge of diesel engines and heavy-duty vehicles Responsibilities: * **Maintenance Management:** Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for the entire fleet. * **Diagnosis and Repair:** Lead the diagnosis of complex failures (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic) and ensure repairs are performed efficiently and promptly. * **Team Leadership:** Supervise, train, and evaluate the mechanics team, assign tasks, promote a safe working environment, and support staff professional development. * **Resource Management:** Manage spare parts, tools, and consumables inventory, optimize costs, and ensure necessary materials are available. * **Quality Control:** Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards and applicable regulations. * **Budget Management:** Develop and monitor the workshop budget, consistently seeking cost optimization without compromising quality. * **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain detailed records of all work orders, maintenance histories per unit, and generate periodic reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the workshop. * **Supplier Relations:** Negotiate with spare parts suppliers and external service providers to obtain the best conditions regarding quality, price, and delivery time. * **Safety and Compliance:** Ensure compliance with workshop safety and hygiene regulations and verify that all vehicles meet applicable transportation regulations.
