Responsibilities: • Develop and execute training, onboarding, and continuous development programs. • Analyze organizational structures and propose improvements in roles, profiles, and processes. • Design and implement internal communication strategies and change management initiatives. • Lead organizational climate and culture projects, including surveys and improvement actions. • Collaborate with other Human Resources departments to strengthen talent management and employee retention. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in organizational development, training, or talent management. • Knowledge of performance evaluation, workplace climate, internal communication, and training. • Proficiency in organizational diagnostic tools and indicator development. • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
