Unit Price Analyst Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional responsible for determining direct and indirect construction project costs. The ideal candidate will be capable of integrating precise concept catalogs, managing estimates, and ensuring project profitability is maintained from tendering through execution. 1. Basic Requirements Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (student completing studies or graduate). Experience: Minimum 3 years in Unit Pricing and Budgeting (verifiable via employment recommendation letters, pay slips, etc.) 2. Required Technical Knowledge Unit Price Development: Analysis of unit price cards (materials, labor, tools, and equipment). Cost Engineering: Proficiency in direct costs, indirect costs, financing, profit, and additional charges. Regulatory Framework: Knowledge of the Public Works Law and related services (desirable). Software: Expert use of cost estimation software (Neodata, Opus, or Presto) and Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel). 3. Key Responsibilities Concept Catalog Preparation: Logical and detailed structuring of construction activities. Quantifications and Generators: Preparation of precise generating numbers derived from architectural and engineering drawings. Estimate Management: Preparation and monitoring of construction estimates for client billing or subcontractor payments. Quotations: Analysis and comparison of supplier and contractor budgets. Cost Adjustment: Monitoring of escalation clauses and market price fluctuations.
