Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer to serve as Supervision Resident with experience in land routes, earthworks, and pavements, responsible for conducting permanent inspection and surveillance of construction projects. Our primary market is infrastructure construction for Communications and Transportation, as well as related services in planning and project development. We are looking for: 'SUPERVISION RESIDENT – Experience in land routes, earthworks, and pavements' Objective: Execute all tasks related to project supervision to ensure permanent inspection and surveillance, verify that the work is carried out in accordance with the project design and its specifications. Support the Supervision Manager or the person in charge of the resident office regarding administrative control of the project, including budgets, progress tracking, and scheduling. Requirements: Civil Engineer (degree and professional license mandatory) Preparation of daily logs. Minimum of 5 years’ general experience as Supervision Resident, specifically in land routes. Knowledge of planning and scheduling equipment productivity. Knowledge of regulations: Federal, State, Municipal, and Private Public Works Legislation; SCT regulations and construction systems; AASHTO standards for bridges. Valid driver’s license Experience in: Development of executive projects. Effective administration of assigned resources: human and material. Regulatory compliance. Execution, supervision, and control of land route construction projects. Responsibilities: Verify timely and proper execution of work. Document progress tracking of construction activities. Prepare and submit reports related to project progress. Support the administration of human resources under supervision. Manage, supervise, and safeguard the company’s material resources.
