End-to-End Operations: Managing the complete employee lifecycle (Recruitment, Selection, Onboarding, and Offboarding). Compliance and Legal: Full control over payroll incidents, IMSS, ISR, and regulatory compliance with STPS. Organizational Structure: Tracking job profiles, procedure manuals, and internal policies. Performance Indicator Management: Implementing and monitoring KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
