Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Facilities Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact in the workplace, managing maintenance and supervising conduct at the facility. Key Responsibilities: 1. Point of contact for workplace-related matters 2. Management of soft and hard maintenance of the facility 3. We are currently seeking a dynamic candidate for the Facilities Coordinator position: Work location: Toluca Segment MW - Industrial Park, Carretera Libre a Ixtlahuaca, km 1.5, lot 9, CP 50295 Toluca, EdoMex Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Work modality: On-site What does your day-to-day look like? Serve as the primary point of contact for all workplace-related matters. Respond to inquiries and provide effective solutions (leveraging the stakeholder network). Manage soft and hard maintenance (aesthetics and functionality of the facility). Build relationships with key stakeholders across workplace teams. Supervise behavior and etiquette in the workplace through ongoing monitoring, engagement, and communication with various teams to ensure compliance with Openwork principles. Requirements: More than 2 years of relevant experience in customer service and building administration Strong negotiation, coordination, and networking skills.-Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 2 years of experience
