Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for customer service, collections follow-up, and invoice management, supporting the customer portfolio and generating reports. WE ARE LOOKING FOR: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT BRANCH: TOLUCA What you need… • Incomplete Bachelor’s degree / Technical High School Diploma in Administration, Accounting, or related field. • Age: 25–35 years old • Customer service skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and COMPAQ Commercial/Admin PAQ software • Experience in collections and invoicing. What you’ll do… • Provide customer service, conduct collections follow-up, manage invoices, verify data, check and validate expenses, support customer portfolio tracking, and prepare monthly reports on contract generation, invoicing, and collections.
