Job Summary: Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure service quality and compliance with policies, maintain constant communication with internal customers, and prepare maintenance reports. Preparation of maintenance reports Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities to guarantee service quality and policy compliance. * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities * Ensure material availability * Maintain constant communication with internal customers and operations departments regarding requested services. * Prepare maintenance reports * Request and notify immediate supervisor about components or spare parts requiring replacement * Conduct maintenance follow-up for assigned branches. WORK LOCATION: INDUSTRIAL PARK, CAF TOLUCA REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum education: Upper secondary education \- General High School Diploma * 1 year of experience * Age: between 24 and 50 years old * Knowledge: Electricity, Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance SKILLS: * Decision-making * Planning and execution * Compliance with standards * Perseverance Salary: Starting from $12,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
