We are seeking a Property Security Coordinator responsible for planning, supervising, and executing asset, facility, and personnel protection strategies. Your primary objective will be to prevent risks and losses and maintain comprehensive security within the company. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise internal and external security personnel. * Monitor compliance with access protocols and visitor control. * Coordinate prevention plans, emergency response, and incident control. * Conduct investigations into losses or irregularities. * Maintain communication with authorities and security agencies. * Prepare incident reports and security performance reports. * Propose improvements in processes and asset protection measures. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Security, Criminology, Administration, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in property or industrial security. * Knowledge of CCTV, access control, risk management, and personnel supervision. * Flexible availability. * Intermediate level in Microsoft Office suite. **Skills and Competencies:** * Leadership and teamwork. * Effective communication. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Responsibility and sense of urgency. **IMPORTANT: CANDIDATES MUST NOT HAVE ISSUES WITH RELOCATING TO THE CLUB DE GOLF AVANDARO AREA.** Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $20,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
