Job Summary: We are seeking a Sauce Preparer for Tacos El Pata in Toluca, responsible for preparing sauces, verifying products, and maintaining the station. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation and verification of area products 2. FIFO handling and temperature control 3. Correct preparation of selected sauces. * 2. Verify stock availability of all area products. * 3. Daily boiling of sauces. * 4. Temperature verification and optimal control of area products. * 5. FIFO handling. * 6. Preparation of service towers. * 7. Maintain cleanliness of the station and area materials. * 8. Preparation of fresh fruit waters.
