Collaborate to improve product and process quality Department: Quality **Job Objective:** The Quality Auditor is responsible for evaluating and improving the quality of the company’s processes and products, ensuring compliance with established standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001), and contributing to the organization’s continuous improvement. **Responsibilities:** \- Conduct internal and external audits to assess conformity of processes and products with established standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001) \- Identify improvement opportunities and recommend corrective and preventive actions \- Verify implementation of corrective and preventive actions \- Evaluate the effectiveness of processes and products \- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance departments to improve product and process quality \- Perform data analysis and statistics to identify trends and improvement opportunities \- Prepare audit reports and present findings to management \- Maintain the quality management system up to date and ensure certification requirements are met **Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field \- Minimum 1 year of experience in quality auditing or similar role \- Knowledge of quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001) \- Communication and leadership skills \- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and organizational levels \- Knowledge of aluminum production processes and related products is a plus **Skills and Competencies:** \- Attention to detail \- Analytical and problem-solving skills \- Effective communication \- Leadership and teamwork \- Knowledge of quality tools Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 \- $11,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
