




Job Summary: Perform high-quality automotive repairs and services in accordance with VWM procedures and guidelines, while maintaining workplace order and cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Ongoing training and supervision of apprentices **General Objective:** Carry out repairs and services to a high standard, strictly adhering to VWM repair instructions and procedures provided to the Dealer Network staff—covering diagnostic systems, technical literature, and technical bulletins. **Education Level:** Automotive Technical Program. **Knowledge Requirements:** Proficiency in using hand tools and specialized workshop tools; knowledge of occupational safety and hygiene standards; computer operation skills; familiarity with computer-based diagnostic equipment. **Experience:** At least 1 year of experience as a mechanical technician or technical assistant. Driver's License **Main Responsibilities:** * Install engine bay protective covers (fender protector / front protector) at all times to ensure vehicle care and cleanliness. * Perform assigned tasks according to instructions specified on the repair order, as directed by the Service Advisor or Workshop Supervisor, within the allotted time. * Report any difficulties encountered during task execution to the Workshop Supervisor and Service Advisor. * Code work positions according to ELSA or based on actual productive time averages. * Record completed operations in maintenance logs or on the vehicle’s travel card immediately after execution. * Inform the Workshop Supervisor and note on the repair order any additional defects discovered during repair, and promptly notify the Service Advisor. * Store removed parts in sealed transparent bags and place them in the trunk, except for hazardous waste, for customer delivery. * Maintain a clean and organized workstation, as well as personal appearance. * Ensure tools are always in optimal condition; report defective tools to the Workshop Supervisor and report any loss. * Train and supervise assigned apprentices or technical assistants. * Attend internal training courses and stay updated on product changes. * Receive new replacement parts from the Workshop Counter for use upon delivery of previously authorized material orders. * Attend training courses and workshops convened by VWM for Dealer Network staff, as well as internal courses provided by the dealership.
