**ZONE SUPERVISOR** We are seeking a Civil Engineer, Architect, or related degree holder. REQUIREMENTS: * Degree holder or intern * 1 year of experience in a similar position * Personnel management skills * Own vehicle required * Knowledge of budget preparation, unit price analysis, and quotations * Responsible, organized, team player * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Responsibilities * Coordination and supervision of personnel assigned to the maintenance crew * Determination of materials required for operations * Damage assessment and verification * Driving of utility vehicle to transport personnel * Strategic planning of maintenance and repair processes WE OFFER * Base salary: $8,000 net per fortnight * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM * Statutory benefits: IMSS, INFONAVIT, vacation time, vacation bonus (25%), and 15-day Christmas bonus per year * Company mobile phone Job type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
