Productivity bonuses We are looking for a Workshop Manager Requirements: \- Engineering degree, bachelor's degree, or technical certification \- Residency in Metepec, Toluca, or any municipality adjacent to Metepec in the State of Mexico \- 3 \- 5 years of experience in this position \- Experience managing mechanical personnel Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (2-hour lunch break), and Saturday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM We offer: \- $25,000 \- $30,000 gross monthly salary (paid weekly) \- Productivity bonuses \- Statutory benefits \- Direct employment with the company \- Job stability Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
