REQUIREMENTS: \-Desirable experience in industrial facilities; \-Completed degree and title in Architecture or Civil Engineering; \-Knowledge of Opus / Neodata, OFFICE, basic ERP, AUTOCAD, PROJECT. RESPONSIBILITIES: \-Quantification of materials, labor, machinery, and subcontractors; \-Development of unit prices based on actual productivity and updated databases; \-Integration of item catalogs and cost matrices; \-Evaluation of subcontractor and supplier proposals; \-Comparative analysis between internal budgets and market prices; \-Generation of cost optimization scenarios; \-Interpretation of structural, architectural, civil, and electromechanical drawings; \-Identification of omissions, incompatibilities, or potential economic risks; \-Preparation of economic documentation for tenders; \-Site visits to verify site conditions.
