**Bachelor's Degree in Law** **Location**: Toluca **Job Mission** Ensure the recovery of capital, ordinary interest, late interest, commissions, surcharges, taxes, and other accessories of fees and credits granted by The Company that are overdue, always managing recoveries with the fastest possible response time and promptly attending to all cases with proper organization and constant follow-up. **Essential experience in managing legal proceedings before courts in Civil, Commercial, Labor, and Criminal matters** **Experience:** * 3 years performing extrajudicial and judicial collection activities. (Verifiable) * Fieldwork. * Recovery of current and overdue portfolios. * Personnel management. * Supervision and management of personnel under their charge. * Supervision and coordination of direct collection processes. * Daily collection follow-up. * Development of collection strategies. * Experience in Commercial, Labor, Civil, and Criminal matters. **Main Responsibilities** * Implement immediate actions with their team on overdue and current credits * Provide timely follow-up on the recovery of credits assigned to their subordinates * Conduct visits to clients and guarantors * Monitor the procedural stage of commercial enforcement lawsuits * Maintain updated and accurate portfolio recovery management reports * Listen, support, and where applicable, implement and follow up on all institutional quality initiatives * Obtain from the branch office simple copies of client documents required to carry out extrajudicial and judicial collection procedures. **Time Distribution:** 60% of their time focused on field visits performing management, supervision, and strategy tasks in both extrajudicial and judicial areas. 40% of their time dedicated to administrative tasks. **Special Requirements** * Full-time availability. * Willingness to travel. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Own vehicle.
