Job Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering * Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles within the construction industry. * Skills: * Ability to manage and supervise construction projects from inception to completion. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Advanced knowledge of construction codes and regulations. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certifications are preferred. Job Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring work is carried out in accordance with approved plans and budgets. * Manage and supervise the construction team, providing technical guidance and support. * Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work complies with quality standards and safety regulations. * Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to resolve any issues arising during the project. * Document and regularly report project progress, including use of project management tools. * Manage risks and mitigate any issues that may affect the project schedule.
