We are looking for an Electrical/Automation Lead to spearhead our automation initiatives within our engineering projects. In this leadership position, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, overseeing the design and implementation of electrical and automation systems. Your expertise will drive innovative solutions and ensure project success by meeting technical standards and client requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Define technical criteria for medium and low voltage electrical systems. * Select automation technologies and architectures (PLC, SCADA, DCS). * Supervise the design of electrical panels, backup systems (UPS, generators), industrial lighting, etc. * Ensure compatibility between electrical, control systems and pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical process equipment. * Guarantee that systems comply with regulatory standards: GMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, IEC, IEEE, NFPA, etc. * Participate in commissioning, startup testing, qualification and validation as required, and support qualification, validation, engineering and maintenance teams to ensure successful startup and knowledge transfer. * Ensure all technical documentation associated with HVAC systems and their components (drawings, diagrams, technical and functional specifications, etc.) is generated and available, and conduct successful transfer by training and delivering information to end users. * Coordinate with civil, mechanical, HVAC, process engineering, and all other applicable stakeholders. * Control schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables. * Supervise work execution by contractors, suppliers, and integrators, ensuring compliance with applicable quality, safety, and regulatory standards. * Manage human and material resources necessary to efficiently carry out discipline-related tasks. * Participate in resolving complex technical issues in electrical or control systems. * Participate in decision-making related to the management of Electrical and Automation Systems, considering technical, economic, and regulatory aspects. * Ensure the integrity and reliability of systems to be installed. . **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering. * Industrial electrical systems (low and medium voltage). * Industrial automation: PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS. * Industrial protocols: Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, OPC. * Computerized system validation (CSV) (desirable). * Industrial network architecture and OT security. * Process instrumentation. * Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations (GAMP, GMP, FDA), electrical codes. * Applicable national and international regulations. **Benefits:** * Base salary * Major Medical Expense Insurance (includes dental and vision plan) * 15 days year-end bonus * 25% vacation premium * 12 days of vacation (starting from the first year) * Social security * Biweekly grocery vouchers
