We are currently seeking: **NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST – PLASTIC INDUSTRY** *Requirements:* * Industrial Technician, Chemical Technician, Industrial Engineer, Chemical Engineer, or related fields * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (executive, analyst, or technician in development, scale-up engineer, technology transfer, laboratory analyst, or formulation chemist) * Experience in New Product Development, packaging, and/or containers for manufacturing companies * Experience in the plastic industry (processes and raw materials). Desired knowledge of injection molding, blow molding, decoration, and metallization processes * Ability to interpret technical drawings * Proficient in Office software and SAP * Intermediate English proficiency *Responsibilities:* * Develop project schedules * Maintain constant communication with clients and suppliers to monitor development progress * Coordinate internal activities related to new product development * Consolidate all relevant information regarding new product specifications * Timely communicate new product specifications to the Quality department * Create master data entries and BOMs * Continuously track the project development database * Support the Production team during pilot batch and transfer batch manufacturing according to established procedures * Establish preliminary specifications for packaging, intermediates, raw materials, and finished products Interested candidates should submit their CV and apply through this platform.
