The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring a safe and pleasant environment, maintaining professionalism, excellent appearance, courteous treatment, and attention to detail, demonstrating outstanding attitude and communication with our customers while protecting the store's assets. **Responsibilities:** * Greet customers courteously and ensure orderly entry and exit. * Actively supervise to detect and deter suspicious or disruptive behavior, always acting discreetly and in strict adherence to protocols. * Conduct regular patrols to maintain order and security. * Assist customers upon request and serve as a support point for store staff. * Respond quickly, calmly, and assertively to any incident, filing appropriate reports. **Requirements:** * Excellent personal presentation. * Availability to work on a 12x12-hour schedule. * Assertive communication, emotional control, friendliness, and firmness. * Minimum of 6 months of experience in private security, loss prevention (retail/boutiques), or related customer service roles. * Minimum education level: Junior high school (senior high school preferred). **We Offer:** * Monthly net salary: $10,000 * Full statutory benefits. * Performance-based bonus. * Job stability.
