Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the planning and direction of electrical and mechanical maintenance. 2. Develop and implement preventive/predictive maintenance plans. 3. Ensure compliance with industrial safety and environmental standards. **JM MARTEXT S.A DE C.V is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Manager in Toluca, State of Mexico** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **LEADING MATTRESS COMPANY IS SEEKING YOUR TALENT: INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE MANAGER** Main Responsibilities * Plan and direct electrical and mechanical maintenance activities. * Develop and implement a master preventive/predictive maintenance plan for machinery: assembly lines, presses, cutters, spring-making machines, pneumatic systems, and electrical systems. * Monitor management indicators: MTBF, MTTR. * Comply with industrial safety and environmental standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001\). Requirements * Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineer, or related field. * Specialization or diploma in Maintenance Management, Reliability Engineering, or Asset Management. * 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance. * Proven experience in manufacturing plants (mattress, furniture, textile, foam, or light manufacturing sectors). * Practical knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, automation, and industrial control systems. * Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). * Team management/supervision experience. * Leadership and teamwork skills.
