




Position Summary: Execute and analyze the payroll process, ensuring regulatory compliance and control of incidents, payments, and personnel reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage biweekly/monthly payroll and incident tracking. 2. Ensure compliance with tax and labor obligations. 3. Payroll experience and knowledge of labor and tax legislation. **Position Objective** Accurately and timely execute and analyze the payroll process, ensuring compliance with current labor and tax regulations, as well as proper control of incidents, payments, and reports related to personnel administration. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and process **biweekly/monthly payroll**. * Enter, review, and validate **incidents** (absences, tardiness, vacations, disabilities, overtime, severance settlements). * Calculate **severance settlements, liquidations, Christmas bonuses (aguinaldo), vacation premiums, and other benefits**. * Process employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications with the **Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS)**. * Prepare and review **pay slips**. * Guarantee compliance with tax and labor obligations (Income Tax (ISR), IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.). * Generate payroll reports and reconciliations. * Address inquiries regarding payments and deductions. * Maintain up-to-date filing and documentary control for the department. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field** (completed). * Minimum of **1 to 2 years** of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of **labor and tax legislation**. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in **Excel**. * Experience with payroll systems (preferred). **Desirable Knowledge** * Federal Labor Law. * Payroll tax calculations. * IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SUA. * Audit and internal control processes. * Biweekly payroll and incident tracking schemes.
