




Position Summary: IT Service Level Management Analyst to ensure the quality of deliverables, generate reports, track changes and incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Degree certificate and professional license. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a service desk. * Knowledge of ITIL. Responsibilities: * Actively collaborate with related departments to ensure the quality of customer deliverables. * Develop report templates. * Generate and manage the Planner dedicated to each customer’s deliverables. * Track progress with various departments during the report generation process. * Conduct style and quality reviews of reports. * Actively participate in change control tracking. * Conduct initial reviews of RFCs to be evaluated during CAB meetings. * Identify types of changes requested from the department. * Monitor the progress of changes approved by CAB. * Actively participate in incident and request tracking and review. * Review the quality of incident and request documentation. * Participate in problem tracking and review. * Coordinate with various departments on problem documentation. 100% on-site position Salary: $17,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
