Job Responsibilities * Requirements Validation: Analyze Sales requests to determine the specific equipment and materials required for each project. * Inventory Control: Verify physical and system-based stock availability within the Warehouse prior to processing any order. * Supply Management: Coordinate with the Purchasing department to acquire missing equipment, ensuring compliance with project timelines. * Inventory Optimization: Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent bottlenecks or excess low-turnover inventory. * Flow Tracking: Execute the overall planning process—from order receipt through Warehouse release/shipment. **Your Impact on the Organization** We seek a strategic-minded professional with strong management capabilities to take on the following challenges: * High-Level Communication: Serve as the primary and seamless liaison among Sales, Purchasing, and Warehouse, ensuring clear and timely information flow to all parties. * Data-Driven Decision-Making: Define dispatch priorities and reschedule delivery dates by analyzing real-time operational impact. * Metrics Management: Develop dynamic reports and KPIs on order fulfillment and inventory accuracy to enable informed decision-making. **Desired Profile** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, Mathematics, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 3 years in materials planning (MRP), inventory control, or supply coordination for projects. * Technical Knowledge: \* Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables and database cross-referencing). * Power BI expertise for dashboard creation and data visualization. * Mandatory use of ERP or administrative systems. * Ability to read blueprints and isometric drawings, and proficiency in MS Project. * Competencies: Excellent assertive communication, cross-departmental leadership, strong decision-making ability, and problem-solving under pressure.
