Interpretation of drawings and coordination of work teams DESCRIPTION **Job Objective** ----------------------- The company is seeking an Electromechanical Site Supervisor responsible for coordinating and supervising, on-site, the execution of electromechanical installation works, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, quality requirements, and project schedule. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Supervise electromechanical equipment installation and assembly activities on-site. * Coordinate work crews and contractors, ensuring adherence to work plans. * Review and interpret electromechanical drawings, isometrics, technical diagrams, and construction drawings. * Verify correct installation of piping, process equipment, structures, and auxiliary systems. * Monitor project progress, reporting status updates and deviations from the plan. * Coordinate issuance of work permits and ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations. * Review technical specifications and support technical comparisons of materials, equipment, and services. * Ensure compliance with quality standards, construction procedures, and applicable regulations. REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising electromechanical construction or industrial assembly projects. * Experience in equipment, process piping, and structural steel assembly. * Knowledge of welding procedures and quality control in mechanical assembly. * Experience interpreting drawings, P&IDs, and isometrics. * Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing review. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Basic English for technical reading (preferred). * Willingness to work on-site in CDMX or Toluca.
