Your mission is the future of us all—join us! \#WorkingAtLesaffre \#Wearehiring \#Jointhemission **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor and control proper evaporator operation and co-product production—from raw material feed (de-yeasted wort) to dispatch of finished product (concentrated vinasse) * Cleaning of evaporator and membrane circuits or stages (CIP) * Preparation, startup, and shutdown of evaporator and membrane processes * General support for activities related to shutdowns for cleaning * Monitor transfer of semi-finished products, caustic and acid cleaning solutions, and condensates * Complete established reports per evaporator and membrane procedures and instructions, ensure reliability of reported information, and promptly report any deviations to your direct supervisor * Perform sampling according to the established plan to control the process and, if necessary, make adjustments due to any process deviation * Collaborate effectively by strictly adhering to all procedures and instructions and respecting company values (Respect, Humility, Trust, Passion, Entrepreneurial Spirit) * Proactively supervise equipment performance by overseeing maintenance activities to maintain optimal operating conditions * Comply with the GPS management system and carry out relevant activities; maintain a clean and orderly workshop environment; conserve energy and production materials; eliminate waste * Perform any additional tasks assigned by superiors **Requirements** * Education: High school diploma / technical degree (chemistry, biology, thermodynamics, renewable energy, sustainability, environmental science) * Experience in wastewater treatment plants or renewable energy operations: 1–2 years in plants with similar processes * Knowledge of thermodynamics, sustainability or renewable energy, and basic laboratory analysis: pH-metry, chemical titration **Additional Information** **We offer a competitive salary and benefits exceeding statutory requirements.**
