Major company in Private Security Seeking **Operations Auditor** Experience: Minimum of 5 years as an operations auditor in private security Education: Partial or completed Bachelor's degree in security, criminology or related field Knowledge: Preparation of specific instructions. Development of procedures Customer service Negotiation skills Management of KPIs/efficiency indicators, executive reporting to clients. Validation of supervisors' training plans Training program management. Support in onboarding new guards: basic training, development of training manuals Incident validation Risk analysis preparation. Support in economic proposals for client bids. Service visits and audits with assigned personnel Monitoring of unit control: maintenance, inspections, payment of vehicle taxes and scheduled services. Management of service installation or removal.
