




Position Summary: Human Resources professional responsible for comprehensive personnel administration, employment file management, incident handling, and employee support, with proficiency in key HR platforms. Employee support and resolution of inquiries ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Onboarding and offboarding of personnel in the internal Human Resources system and submission of offboarding documents to Workday (WD). * Administration of employment files and documentation (employer letters, administrative minutes). * Management of incidents, medical leaves, vacations, and completion of ST\-7\ form. * Employee support and resolution of inquiries, as well as implementation of surveys for Contact Center staff. * Control of computer equipment and mobile phone assignments; coordination with IT Systems for new hires. * Preparation of preliminary payroll, calculation of productivity bonuses, and transportation allowance support. * Management of platforms: SUA, IDSE, SAT, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT, plus preparation of reports requested by the department. ### **We Offer:** * Base salary: **$13,800** * Statutory benefits from day one * Enhanced benefits * Productivity bonus * Growth opportunities ### **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 hrs; Saturdays, 8:00–15:30 hrs Biweekly payment (15th and 30th\) via Santander payroll only ### **Location:** Ignacio Allende 406, Toluca de Lerdo, Méx. ### **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferably in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field). * Availability to travel to Tlalnepantla de Baz. * Proven experience in personnel administration. * Knowledge of IMSS and the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Proficiency in systems: SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. * Experience in preliminary payroll preparation.
