If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next\-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match. **Job Description** **We are seeking:** Warehouse Leader **Position Objective:** Responsible for the administration and control of the warehouse operations at the **Volvo Toluca CDR**, utilizing tools and systems related to warehouse operations, as well as proper administration of Human and Material Resources, application of Lean concepts and continuous improvement to achieve operational objectives in terms of time, quality, and cost. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or related field; degree must be completed. * **Experience:** \+5 years in warehouse administration and management, ERP systems, leadership, management of systems related to distribution center operations, Lean Manufacturing, distribution center operations systems in the automotive sector. * **Language:** Advanced English **Responsibilities:** * Ensure efficient operations across the following areas: Materials Receipt, Warehouse Maintenance, Shipping Areas, VPS, and Continuous Improvement. * Review/update operational procedures. * Control and monitor activities to meet Safety, Quality, and 5S objectives. * Administer Human and Material Resources to ensure optimal warehouse operations performance. * Safeguard company materials through appropriate inventory controls. * Ensure effective integration and engagement of the team. * Interact with related departments to achieve customer objectives and requirements. * Verify transportation arrivals and status for shipments, and monitor the status of incoming materials with the Procurement department. * Follow up on customer claims, review pending orders or order changes, and collect photographic evidence to ensure proper handling and fulfillment of customer requirements.
