




Job Summary: We are seeking a sales professional to prospect clients, conduct consultative interviews, present vehicles, and offer value-added products, ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Developing a client portfolio through consultative prospecting. 2. Providing comprehensive advisory services and follow-up throughout the vehicle sales process. 3. Generating financial scenarios and promoting value-added products. * Prospect clients within the designated area of influence to build a broad client base. * Conduct consultative interviews to identify clients' needs and purchase motivations. * Present vehicles to clients based on the consultative process. * Develop and present tailored financial scenarios for vehicles of interest. * Promote the sale of value-added products (accessories, extended warranties, and insurance). * Log into the BDC area at least three days per week for 90 minutes each day and record activities in Report 3\.0. * Follow up on the delivery process and ensure delivery meets customer expectations. * Accompany, advise, and support the client to close the sale. * Inspect the sold vehicle prior to delivery, using the new vehicle delivery checklist, delivery guide, and verifying OnStar activation—ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
