Key Responsibilities: * Lead and coordinate the clinic's biomedical team. * Ensure proper operation, calibration, and preventive/corrective maintenance of medical equipment. * Validate installation, updates, and decommissioning of biomedical technology. * Design and implement maintenance plans based on standards and regulations. * Coordinate with external vendors and supervise specialized services. * Train staff on the safe use of medical equipment. * Ensure compliance with COFEPRIS regulations and hospital quality standards. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering (degree and license required). * Minimum of **3 to 5 years** of experience in biomedical areas, preferably in hospitals. * Knowledge of applicable regulations (NOMs, COFEPRIS, ISO 13485\). * Experience in leadership and team management. * Skills in vendor negotiation. * Proficiency in management indicators and technical reporting.
