Position Summary: We are seeking an Architect with experience in interior design to advise clients, develop design proposals, and produce floor plans and finish renderings for an international company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client consultation and interior design services. 2. Preparation of floor plans, designs, and renderings. 3. Use of tools such as AutoCAD and creative proposal development. An international company specializing in the sale of finishing materials—including flooring, bathroom fixtures, and general white work—is seeking an Architect with interior design experience for the following responsibilities and profile: **Responsibilities:** Gather client, construction project, and development requirements regarding finishing needs. Provide consultation on finishing materials and interior design. Develop design proposals for clients to promote the company’s products. Produce designs, floor plans, and renderings. **Experience:** Designing floor plans, designs, renderings, and proposals for individual or corporate clients. Verifiable client experience. **OWN VEHICLE REQUIRED.** Proficiency and experience with tools such as AutoCAD. Commercial or sales experience is a strong plus. Completed, incomplete, or recently graduated Bachelor’s degree in Architecture only. **Offered:** Base salary of $14,400.00 gross per month. Commissions/bonuses that may double the base salary.
