An industrial construction company is seeking an **industrial civil cost analyst** to immediately join its cost department. We are looking for a candidate with experience in unit pricing, budgeting, etc. **Responsibilities** * Request quotations for materials and equipment. * Prepare comparative cost and supplier tables. * Conduct on-site surveys. * Generate item catalogs. * Prepare basic drawings. * Material quantity takeoff and generator preparation. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum **1 year of experience** in unit price analysis. * Proficiency in **Neodata** (mandatory). * Basic knowledge of **AutoCAD**. * Experience with generators and quantity takeoff. * Willingness to travel. **We Offer** * Competitive salary (based on experience). * Statutory benefits. * 100% social security contribution. * Ongoing training. * Major medical expense insurance. * Life insurance. **Location** * Offices in **Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico**. * Willingness to travel to construction sites required.
