Requirements * 5+ years of software development experience. * Prior experience as a **Tech Lead, Software Architect, or similar role**. * Strong knowledge of: * Distributed and/or microservices architectures. * REST/GraphQL APIs. * Relational and non-relational databases. * Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Experience leading technical teams. * Development best practices (clean code, testing, CI/CD). * Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Ownership mindset and solution-oriented approach. Desirable * Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes). * Knowledge of security and performance optimization. * Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban). * Background in high-availability or high-traffic systems. * Experience in architecture migrations or modernization.
