**Job Opening: Human Resources Analyst – Recruitment and Digital Content** **Location:** Toluca, Isidro Fabela Neighborhood **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 09:00 a.m. – 06:00 p.m. * Saturday: Half-day * **Work Mode:** On-site RESPONSIBILITIES * Recruitment and selection of **operational profiles** (security guards, monitoring personnel, service supervisors, etc.). * Posting and tracking job openings on **social media and digital platforms**. * **Continuous creation of digital content** (videos, reels, flyers, stories, and posts). * **Video editing** for recruitment campaigns (using tools such as CapCut, Premiere, Canva, InShot, or similar). * Designing digital campaigns focused on **high-volume hiring**. * Tracking and managing **personnel incidents** (vacations, medical leaves, permissions, absences). * Supporting **hiring processes**, drafting and signing employment contracts. * Managing and organizing **physical and digital personnel files**. * Providing personnel support and clarifying payroll-related inquiries. * Working under pressure and meeting staffing coverage targets.
