Knowledge of Human Resources processes and best practices **JOB DESCRIPTION** ========================= **Duties and Responsibilities:** Ensure adequate staffing across all departments, with proper company onboarding, as well as contribute to continuous improvement of the Human Resources function.* Recruitment and Personnel Selection, to maintain authorized staffing levels per position requirements. * Prepare pre\-payroll. * Vacation management * Overtime * Pay slips * Birthdays (monthly cake, employee incentive) * Safety and hygiene (inspections, incidents) * Vaccine administration, coordination of vaccination campaigns, talks. * Health brigades * SGMM and SV talks * Implement policies to control personnel management within the organization, including incident reporting and documentation. * Develop and execute the annual training program and track its matrix. * Conduct orientation sessions and onboarding, manage delivery of work tools, and update records for new employees. * Interview potential candidates and/or refer them to respective department heads. * Coordinate hiring procedures with the payroll department and maintain employee personnel files. * Support motivational programs. * Propose internal programs and benefits. * Assist in implementing internal announcements. * Follow up on labor-related cases. * Conduct exit interviews to collect company information and tools. * Support HR management with the annual budget. * Manage area performance indicators (KPIs, BSC). * Interpretation of employee engagement surveys, 360°, 180° (Desirable) * Support audits. **Requirements:** Experience in HR or a related administrative or Human Resources role* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Public Accounting. * 1\-2 years of experience in Human Resources * Knowledge of Human Resources processes and best practices. * Proficient use of MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint). * Experience with HR databases. * Familiarity with candidate search tools, such as CV databases and online communities. * Familiarity with social media recruitment. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to handle data while maintaining confidentiality. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; HR Management training is a plus. * Sufficient English proficiency for spoken and written communication with corporate offices. **Skills and Competencies:*** Proactive individual with a positive attitude * Tolerance * Service-oriented mindset \#LI\-DP1 \#MexicoIND If you require reasonable accommodation for any part of the application or hiring process due to a disability, you may contact the company’s Human Resources Department at (937\) 399\-0500\.
