




**Location:** Ignacio Allende 406, Col. Francisco Murguía, Toluca de Lerdo, State of Mexico. ### **Responsibilities:** * Develop and send daily dialing strategy in coordination with operations sub-managers * Generate dialing loads in manual, preview, predictive, and blaster modes * Assist in connecting and assigning users to campaign groups * Report progress of manual lists in PACC * Prepare end-of-shift campaign performance reports * Track daily payment promise progress * Generate portfolio assessment reports for assigned portfolios * Participate in meetings for results presentation ### **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. / 12:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. ### **Compensation:** * Monthly base salary: $9,520.00 * Monthly productivity bonus: up to $4,760.00 * Biweekly payments (15th and 30th of each month) via Santander account ### **Benefits from the first day:** * IMSS * Vacations * Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo) * INFONAVIT * Vacation premium * Timely payments * Equipped cafeteria * New and pleasant facilities * Excellent work environment * Paid training from the first day ### **Requirements:** * Completed high school (verifiable) * Minimum 1 year of experience in dialing systems (Avaya, Nuxiba, etc.) * Knowledge in loading and monitoring predictive campaigns * Report generation * Advanced Excel * Handling of large databases
