




**Predictive Dialing Systems Analyst** ------------------------------------- JOB DESCRIPTION: Ensure the correct telephone execution strategy and provide predictive dialing results for decision-making DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Administer, configure, and monitor campaigns within the predictive dialer. * Monitor dialing effectiveness and propose adjustments to optimize contact rates. * Generate dialing performance reports. * Provide technical support for dialer-related incidents and escalate when necessary. * Send daily dialing strategy developed jointly with operations sub-managers. * Generate manual, preview, predictive, and blaster dialing loads. * Support operations in connecting users to be assigned to workgroups for the campaign. * Reporting on progress of manual lists uploaded to PACC. * Report campaign performance at the end of each shift. * Send and track daily promise-to-pay progress. Report portfolio assessment for assigned portfolios * REQUIREMENTS: * Knowledge of predictive dialing systems (Nuxiba, Avaya, Genesys, etc.) * **Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel** (pivot tables, formulas, charts, data cross-referencing). * Database management skills and basic SQL knowledge for simple queries. * Organized with strong attention to detail for campaign control. * Effective communication with operations and technical support teams.
